What's the cutoff for same-day delivery?
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern qualify for same-day GTA delivery (Toronto + most surrounding cities). After 12 PM your order ships the next business day.
Do you ship outside the GTA?
Yes — we ship Canada-wide via Canada Post Expedited. Rates depend on the destination postal code and are shown at checkout.
Do you sell prescription medication?
No. This store sells over-the-counter products only. For prescription refills, transfers, or compounding visit cloudpharmacy.ca or call 647-748-1337.
Can I return a product if it's unopened?
Yes. Unopened, intact OTC products can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened or used products are non-returnable for health-safety reasons.
Is the storefront secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit/debit cards are all accepted.
