Shipping & delivery
We ship from our licensed pharmacy at 55 Dundas St E, Toronto. Every OTC shop order is picked, packed, and checked by the Cloud Pharmacy team.
Options at checkout
- In-store pickup— free. Your order is typically ready in 2–4 hours during store hours. We’ll email or text you the moment it’s ready.
- GTA same-day delivery — $9.99 flat. Place your order before 2 PM local time and it arrives the same day by 8 PM. Delivery is fulfilled by our own driver or by DoorDash Drive / Uber Direct depending on volume.
- GTA free delivery — free on orders $30+, otherwise $4.99. Arrives within 1–3 business days via our scheduled GTA route.
- Canada Post Expedited — $14.99 flat for orders outside the GTA. Tracking included. Arrives in 2–7 business days depending on province.
Delivery zones
Same-day and scheduled GTA delivery is available to postal codes across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. For zones outside this footprint, Canada Post options appear automatically at checkout.
Order-ready & tracking notifications
Every order gets a secure link in its confirmation email. You can see current status — payment received → preparing → ready for pickup / shipped → delivered — and a tracking number once it ships. We also send status-change emails for shipped and delivered events.
Cut-offs & holidays
Same-day cut-off is 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM enter the next day’s same-day window. We don’t ship or deliver on statutory holidays; orders queued on those days ship the next business day.
Missing or damaged orders
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated window or the contents are damaged, email orders@cloudpharmacy.ca within 7 days. Please include your order number (CP-YYYYMM-NNNN) and a photo if damaged.
