Terms of service

By placing an order on shop.cloudpharmacy.ca you agree to these terms. They’re short by design — if anything feels unclear, email orders@cloudpharmacy.ca and we’ll clarify.

Over-the-counter only

This shop sells over-the-counter products — no prescription items, compounded medications, controlled substances, methadone, Suboxone, Kadian, or regulated narcotics are available here. For prescription services visit cloudpharmacy.ca or call 647-748-1337.

Age-restricted items

Certain cough or sleep medicines require you to be 18+. We verify age at the time of delivery using photo ID. If the ID verification fails, the item is returned and the cost of that line item refunded.

Accuracy, pricing, and availability

We try hard to keep product info accurate, but occasionally there are typos or a price change. If we accept an order and later discover a material error, we’ll contact you and either honour the listed price or cancel the order and refund in full.

Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of HST unless marked otherwise. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province. Payment is processed by Stripe; we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.

Delivery

See our Shipping & delivery policy. Estimated arrival windows are best-effort, not guarantees. We’ll refund or re-ship if an order is significantly late due to our error.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Ontario law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time; material changes will be highlighted on the site and emailed to customers with recent orders. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
